
Introducing our new Protein First Challenge!
This 4 week Protein First Nutrition Program will be a great tool to help you understand if you are eating enough to support your goals.
Most of us either want to lose body fat or gain muscle and without adequate protein in our diet, the process of both can be slowed without enough essential nutrients in our diet!
We’ll take a bias approach toward protein to ensure we are giving our bodies the fuel it needs, along with a focus on whole foods.
There are no restricted food groups this time, but we do encourage a more favourable approach to nutrient dense foods, at least 80% of your time!
This is not intended to be seen as a restrictive diet, we want to encourage long-lasting positive changes to your dietary lifestyle so that you can continue to improve your health & performance.
By the end of the challenge you should expect to see results like:
Lower body fat
More energy
Better sleep
Improved performance
And more!
