
What is SWEAT45?
Led by our experienced coaches in a group setting, each SWEAT45 class is a calorie-burning, interval training class designed for all fitness levels.
With a proven combination of the best HIIT, Core and Functional Training, you will get stronger and lose body fat in a fun, fast-paced workout customised to your level and your goals.
Our SWEAT45 BootCamps are guaranteed to make you sweat and shred.
What happens in a SWEAT45 class?
Each SWEAT45 class is completely different! We use a wide variety of tools such as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, slam balls, boxes, abmats, ropes, tyres etc and incorporate rowing, cycling, running & skipping and also include a wide variety of bodyweight exercises and plyometrics to provide a fun and challenging workout that varies with every class.
You will not get bored. You will just work hard for 45 minutes, get fitter and have fun.
When are the SWEAT45 classes?
MONDAY: 5.30pm & 6.30pm
TUESDAY: 5.30pm
WEDNESDAY: 5.30pm & 6.30pm
FRIDAY: 5.00pm
SATURDAY: 9.00am
How much is SWEAT45?
The cost varies based on how often you would like to attend.
You can pay £12 per class or you can take out one of our great value memberships:
Recurring SWEAT45 Monthly Membership*:
- 8 Classes per month: £80
- 12 Classes per month: £90
- 20 Classes per month: £104

FAQs:
Is SWEAT45 similar to CrossFit?
No, this is not CrossFit. There are no advanced gymnastic movements, barbell work or Olympic lifts in a SWEAT45 class but you will still be coached to ensure you are moving safely and effectively and we will still place a huge focus on improving your technique.
SWEAT45 will focus mainly on endurance and stamina. It is suitable for beginners, so an induction program is not required.
