RX for Rónan
CrossFit Antrim will be hosting a Charity Team Competition on Saturday December 2nd in memory of Ronan Cunningham.
The competition will start at 9.30am.
The format is teams of 3. Your team must be mixed sex so can be 2 Female & 1 male or vice versa.
The entry fee is £30 per team ( ie £10 each ).
100% of proceeds will go to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.
This competition is open to teams from in and outside the gym membership and the structure of the workouts will enable athletes of all strength and skill levels to compete.
