SWEAT45Led by our experienced coaches in a group setting, each SWEAT45 class is a calorie burning, interval training class designed for all fitness levels. You will burn fat in a fun, fast-paced workout customised to your fitness level and goals.

CrossFitGroup classes, led by our excellent coaches and scaled to your exact fitness level. You'll get fitter, faster, and leaner using the CrossFit methodology, combining bodyweight exercise, weightlifting and sprinting in a fun, friendly group environment.
