Strength/Skill:
- Overhead Squat: 5-5-3-3-1; WOD: Death By Thrusters (40/30) - EMOM 20 minutes - Minute 1: 1 Thruster; - Minute 2: 2 Thrusters; - Minute 3: 3 Thrusters; etc until - Minute 20: 20 Thrusters; If you fail to complete the required amount of Thrusters within that minute, the last round completed is your score & you reset back to 1 Thruster in the next minute;
