Strength/Skill: Sumo Deadlift High Pull: 3,3,3,3,3; Conditioning: For Time: 21-15-9: SDHP (42.5/30) Barbell Push Ups Toes To Bar For the conditioning element select a light to medium load on the SDHPs to ensure they can be performed with speed and aggression whilst maintaining proper technique.
