Strength/Skill:
Snatch: 5 x 2; Snatch Pulls: 3 x 3; Conditioning: 7 Rounds For Time: 7 Power Snatch (42.5) 7 Thrusters; 7 PullUps; This is a deceptively tough workout. We all want to complete within the 20 minute time cap so be conservative with your load selection. Your Power Snatch load will be your limiting factor in this WOD so choose wisely! We recommend no more than 60% of your Snatch 1RM or there will be a lot of timer watching!! Enjoy!
