Throughout November we will be placing some additional focus on the Olympic Lifts and various progressions and assistance movements. Don't worry, there will be still be plenty of conditioning but it will be interesting to see how our Snatch and Clean & Jerk proficiency improves as the month progresses.
A) 5 sets of 2+1 Clean & Jerk
( 2 Squat Cleans plus 1 Jerk each set)
B) Clean Pulls: 3 x 3;
6 minutes to complete 3 Rounds Of:
1 Clean & Jerk ( 60/40)
5 Front Squats:
Rest 2 mins then
6 mins to complete 3 Rounds Of:
10 Jumping Lunges
