CrossFit Antrim (in conjunction with METX Fitness) are pleased to announce a new On-Ramp Class commencing on Monday 24th March @ 6pm. Our On-Ramp Program is designed to familiarise you with the basic CrossFit movements and include a major emphasis on skill development to ensure that you can safely participate in our group training sessions. The course consists of six 1-hour sessions ( Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and include a warm-up, a skills lesson, workout and a cool-down. The course is tailored to meet any individual’s current fitness level.
