Tonight kicks off our first evening of regular CrossFit classes in Magherafelt. These run at 6pm & 7pm each weeknight.
We have updated our membership packages so that all CFA members, regardless of your 'base' location, can book into classes in either Toomebridge or Magherafelt, thus providing even more flexibility to our members. In today's class we are going to find our 10 rep max Back Squat. We last tested this on the 9th April so let's see if we can squeeze an extra couple of kilos. This is the most important aspect of today's training so please don't save your efforts for the conditioning element. We would much rather you found your 9RM than kept something in the tank for the metcon. Strength: Back Squat: Find 10RM*; Conditioning: AMRAP12: +2 Ascending Ladder 2 x Front Squats (*60% of BS 10RM) 2 x Pull Ups 2 x Lateral Hops 4 x Front Squats 4 x PullUps 4 x Lateral Hops etc
