Today's training consists of some skill work in the Push Jerk and hopefully working towards a heavy single. We will use this as a gauge for our loading in the conditioning element of the class.
Best approach for the workout is to minimise the number of rest periods with the bar on the floor in order to reduce wasted effort cleaning it back up.... Strength/Skill: Push Jerk: 1,1,1,1,1; Conditioning: 5 Rounds For Time: 5 Push Jerk (60/40) 10 Front Squats 400m Run
