CrossFit Antrim in conjunction with METX Fitness are pleased to announce our new Monday morning 'CrossFit Conditioning' class.
'CrossFit Conditioning' is a 30 minute class which incorporates only the metabolic conditioning portion of the Workout Of the Day (WOD) and does not include the skill/strength aspect of our regular CrossFit class. The workouts are still challenging and intense and are ideal for our members who are under a time constraint or are unable to attend an evening class. Our first class will take place this Monday morning (20th January) at 6.30am. Please book early to avoid disappointment!!
