We are going to have a stab at 2 very tough Conditioning Tests in today's classes.
The first is the 'Bergeron Beep Test', devised by Ben Bergeron, owner of CrossFit New England and definitely lives up to its reputation as '...an excellent test of CrossFit-Specific conditioning and mental fortitude'. We will then rest and move on to the Bleep Test which involves 20m shuttles and will be an excellent test of our VO2max. A) 'Bergeron Beep Test EMOTM 7 Thrusters (35/25); 7 Pull ups; 7 Burpees; B) Multi-Stage Fitness Stage aka ' The Bleep Test Time between Bleeps to cover 1 wall2wall.
