In today's training we will work up to a max in the following barbell complex:
1 x Power Clean 2 x Push Press 1 x Push Jerk Let's focus on technique throughout, there will be a point when you will be tempted to Push Jerk instead of the Push Press, at that stage you will be very close to your max.... The barbell should not leave your hands throughout the complex. Conditioning: For Total Power Clean Reps: AMRAP10*: Power Cleans(70/50) ***3 Burpees at the start of each minute***
