We are pleased to announce that our On-Ramp program will begin on Monday 4th November.
Each On-Ramp program consists of 6 sessions spread across 2 weeks. Class size is limited to 12. Due to phenomenal demand we currently have 3 separate On-Ramp classes in place which are currently fully booked: - Monday 7-8, Wed 7-8 & Fri 7-8; - Monday 8-9, Wed 8-9 & Fri 8-9; - Tues 8-9; Thur 8-9, Sat 10-11; We will be scheduling additional On-Ramp programs from Monday 18th November. Our regular CrossFit class will start Monday 18th November. Regards The CrossFit Antrim Team
