"Diane" For time: 21-15-9 Deadlift 100/70kg Handstand Push up Another sprint based workout, we will most definitely look into our scaling options and get the most from this benchmark. We want to be efficient in every workout, leaving us feeling fresh for the remaining days of our challenge. Well done so far!!
