What is the CrossFit Beginners Program?
CrossFit Beginners is a 4 session program aimed at getting you ready for a regular CrossFit class.
This program is suitable for all levels of fitness. The workouts are modified for each individual's level of fitness and we assume no prior training experience.
We cover the fundamental movements of CrossFit to ensure you feel comfortable and confident when you join your first CrossFit class.
All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of certified CrossFit Coaches.
Schedule:
CrossFit Beginners
Monday 30th April: 7.30pm - 8.45pm
Thursday 3rd May: 7.30pm - 8.45pm
Monday 7th May: 7.30pm - 8.45pm
Thursday 10th May: 7.30pm - 8.45pm

£85 per person
