MICK MALLONCoachMick got his first taste of CrossFit when CFA first opened our doors in 2013. He has a strong sporting background with experience in GAA & Rugby and has several years of strength training experience including over 4 years as a CrossFit Coach. Mick enjoys competing and has represented CFA at several events including the 'FILTHY150' & the 'CELTIC CUP'.
Mick coaches with patience and precision and his knowledge and expertise comes across in every class. He also offers personal coaching and caters for all experience levels, from beginner through to the elite. EAMON MCCANNOWNER & HEAD COACHEamon, alongside his two brothers Michael & Tomas and sister Eilis, started Ampersand Fitness in 2013 and the community has continued to develop and flourish. Eamon particularly enjoys studying and coaching the Olympic Lifts and their adaptation for sports performance.
