STRENGTH & performance program

Strength, Power, Speed and Agility are the building blocks of athleticism and performance. This 8 week, performance driven training program is designed to increase your strength, develop good movement patterns and teach you how to move through space quickly, safely and most importantly as fast as possible.
The program is suitable for both male and females and is ideal for boosting performance in field sports, athletics and overall fitness.
What is included as part of this program?
The primary focus of your training will be:
Strength: Total body strength training that integrates the upper body, lower body and trunk into a program that focuses on enhancing functional primal movements such as squats, lunges, pushing, and pulling.
Explosive Power: Development of vertical, linear, lateral, and rotational explosiveness through the use of Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics Kettlebells and medicine balls. Our Performance Coaches are BWL Olympic Weight Lifting certified.
Speed: Training to develop linear speed, acceleration and deceleration.
Agility: Training to develop lateral speed, change of direction, balance and coordination.
Mobility and Flexibility: Development of proper total body mobility through foam rolling, stretching, and dynamic movement preparation techniques.
Core Training: Integration of core stability, strength, and power to maximise movement efficiency and power transfer.
Injury Prevention: As well as the aspects above we also focus on correcting specific imbalances and enhancing mobility issues.
Nutrition: A performance based nutritional approach is critical for success on the field and long-term health. Making progress starts with proper nutrition. The key to gaining muscle, increased strength and performance comes from paying attention to what you put in your body.
We emphasise an individual approach that includes a thorough assessment and needs analysis. We then design and create a customised program based on your goals, needs and current ability which is then delivered by our performance experts in a dynamic small group-training environment.
What is required of you?
That you fully commit to the program and flourish as an athlete!
This bespoke program is suitable for athletes of all abilities and training experience. Prior strength training experience is not required as in-depth, professional coaching is a fundamental part of this program.

We have 2 blocks. Both start week commencing 7th January 2020.

- Before and after InBody Scan which provides detailed body composition analysis including segmental muscle distribution
- Expert coaching and programming
- 2 small group training sessions per week ( 16 sessions total)
- Training in a world class training facility
- Assessment and accountability including 1-1 communication throughout the duration of the program
